Suggestion from May 07 2025
Wine: 2009 Gevrey-Chambertin - Cuvée Alexandrine
Producer: Domaine Marc Roy
Comment: A discreet touch of wood frames ripe and cool extract of red pinot and dark berry fruit aromas that possess excellent mid-palate concentration as the level of dry extract is impressive as it renders the moderately firm tannic spine almost invisible on the explosive and driving finish. This is a terrific effort for its level and absolutely worth considering.
